What should I pay particular attention to before and when curling hair?

• To prevent hair tangling, it is recommended to put 1 inch of hair at each time.
• When putting your hair, make sure that the hair that needs to be curled is placed at the bottom of the card slot, otherwise, it may cause the hair on the scalp end of the curler to be pulled.
• When curling, keep the curler straight as much as possible.
• You need to PRESS AND HOLD the rotate button to curl hair, and curler will beep every 5 seconds to let you know how long you've been curling your hair.

What should I do if the curler didn't curl up my hair?

• It is recommended to put in 1 inch of hair at each time.
• Choose a higher temperature.
• Please press and hold the rotate button for a longer time.

What should I do if hair gets stuck in the curler？

• Release the Rotate Button and turn off the curler.
• Pull the curler straight down. If your hair is stuck firmly, you may need to use some force.
• After hair is released, turn the curler on and press the Rotate Button to allow the heating plates to rotate back to the correct position.
