– Full City Medium Roast
– Tasting Notes: Brazil nut, grapefruit, oak
– 100% Fresh Roasted Arabica Coffee

Roast Type
Full City. Coffee beans crack and expand as they roast, and at this roast level the beans have cracked twice. We end the roasting process immediately after this ‘second crack’, to reach a perfect balance between acidity and flavor.

Acidity Profile
Full City roasts have relatively low levels of acidity compared to lighter roasts.

– Full City + Medium-Dark Roast
– Tasting Notes: Brown sugar, hazelnut, plum
– 100% Fresh Roasted Arabica Coffee

Roast Type
Full City + Coffee beans crack and expand as they roast, and at this roast level the beans have cracked twice. Further roasting would result in a dark roast but by stopping here, we have a perfect balance between acidity and body, and the flavor of the beans is highly developed.

Full City + roasts have low levels of acidity compared to lighter roasts.
