Sodium fluoride 0.25% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion), water, hydrated silica, sorbitol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, xanthan gum, flavor, titanium dioxide, PEG-8, sodium saccharin, carrageenan, red 30, blue 1

Directions
Brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, for at least two minutes each time, using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.
