This garment may NOT prevent penetration of the saw chain, but may give extra time to react and help prevent injuries. Carefully ready and follow all safety and maintenance instruction in your current chain saw and saw chain owner's or safety manual. This product is not intended to be used as a substitute for good chain saw operating and safety procedures. This garment should not longer be used as protective clothing if the garment is damaged, improperly washed, cut, sewn, patched, or otherwise repaired, as the cut retardant qualities of the pads may be eliminated.
