The liqua-gel colour has a viscosity that offers the convenience of a pourable colour, making it easier to duplicate shades. The colour is fade and bleed resistant and only a small amount is needed to tint foods without affecting the consistency and it will not break down buttercream or non-dairy icings like liquid colours. Colour bread dough, cookie dough, cake batter, whipped toppings and icings, buttercream icing, royal icing, rolled fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and compound chocolate.
