This ProFlex coupling accommodates 8" cast iron, plastic, steel or extra heavy cast iron drain waste and vent systems for above-ground applications. Crafted with precision, ProFlex features a robust .012" stainless steel shield and 301 Stainless Steel Clamp Bands, providing unparalleled strength and durability. The gasket, made from high-quality neoprene, is meticulously designed with specific part numbers and applications for easy identification. The shield assembly, constructed entirely from 300 series stainless steel, guarantees resilience in various environments. ProFlex is equipped with a 301 stainless steel clamp band, housing, screw, and shield, ensuring a secure connection with a 5/16" hex screw for efficient installation. With a maximum test pressure of 4.3 PSI (29.6KPA) and a maximum operating temperature of 180°F, ProFlex conforms to the stringent requirements of ASTM C1460.
