The Geek & Gorgeous A-Game 10 serum is a silky, lightweight emulsion containing 0.1% retinal. It helps reduce visible signs of aging such as wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and dull skin. Retinal is a member of the retinoid family (vitamin A family) and is directly related to the anti-aging superstar retinol. However, while retinol requires two conversion steps to become its active form, retinoic acid, retinal needs only one. This is why retinal is estimated to convert into retinoic acid more than 10 times faster than retinol. Once converted, retinoic acid helps skin cells produce structural skin components, such as collagen, and supports the skin’s renewal process. The result is visibly youthful, firmer, smoother, and more even skin. The silky emulsion also contains soothing panthenol and allantoin, in addition to the active ingredient retinal, making this formula less irritating. A-Game 10 is the optimal choice for experienced retinoid users. If you want to start using retinal, we recommend Geek & Gorgeous A-Game 5. Using A-Game every other day and gradually increasing the frequency can help minimize irritation. A-Game should be used in your PM routine after liquid and gel textures. Finish with a moisturizer, and apply SPF 30 or higher in the morning. Safety Warning Do not use if you are pregnant.
