The plates are finished with a robust layer of enamel that helps mitigate the potential for rust or scratching. We also designed the plates to have ergonomic, multi-grip handles for plate only exercises, which means you don’t necessarily need a barbell to use them. This will help improve your grip strength, especially if you decide to lift heavy weight as time progresses.
