Lemon Sorbet Sunflower Facts: Height: 4ft (120cm)-6ft (150cm) Petal Color: Radiant Lemon Face Color: Dark Velvet Brown Planting Instructions: 1. Choose a sunny location with well-draining soil. 2. Prepare the soil by removing any weeds, rocks or debris and then loosening the soil to a depth of about 6-8 inches. 3. Sow the seeds directly into the soil after the last frost date in your area. The seeds should be planted at a depth of ½”-1 ½ inches and spaced about 6-12 inches apart depending on the variety. 4. Water the seeds well after planting. Growing Instructions: 1. Water deeply once a week, or more often if necessary. Avoid overwatering as it can cause root rot. 2. Fertilize sunflowers with a balanced fertilizer once a month during the growing season. 3. When the sunflowers are about 2-3 inches tall, thin them out so that they are spaced at least 1-2 feet apart. 4. As the sunflowers grow, provide support if needed.
