The ambidextrous Food Safety Holder features a serrated edge that safely pushes food off the slicer with minimal pressure. Steel pins grip most sizes and shapes of produce to create even slices every time. The caddy with a safety clip offers easy storage. EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade and also rinse the safety guard / food holder under running water. The V-slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
