We split roast the coffees, giving the Ethiopian Arabica a lighter and shorter roast to keep its typical floral note intact. The specific grind of these coffees ensures ice Leggero will deliver a delicate iced coffee experience with light notes dancing on your palate. Best served as 1 Coffee Capsule brewed over a cup full of ice CUBES. Go ahead and top it off with cold water or cold milk. There are many other recipes with ice to savor, too.
