This fountain features a spout that pours water into a cup and then flows over into the basin below. The water is circulated through the included submersible pump and back through the fountain. Operating the fountain is easy. Simply place the fountain in a desired location, fill the bottom basin with water, plug in to the nearest electrical outlet, and watch this fountain transform outdoor spaces into an elegant hot spot for a relaxing ambiance.
