Higgins Red Orange Dye-Based Drawing Ink may be used with brushes and dip pens on paper, board and film. Color may be mixed or diluted with water to create ranges of shades and hues. This non-waterproof and fadeproof ink produces a vivid, transparent color that will not chip, peel, feather or smear and the slow drying time produces a semi-gloss sheen. 1 ounce bottle. Made in USA.
