This pack contains 250 kraft bubble mailers in #CD size classification, measuring 7.25 inches wide by 8 inches long interior usable space. Each mailer consists of an exterior kraft paper layer laminated to an interior polyethylene bubble lining. The kraft paper exterior is constructed from 60 gsm natural kraft paper measuring 0.006 inches thick. The interior bubble layer consists of polyethylene film formed into 3/16 inch diameter air-filled cells measuring 0.1875 inches thick when inflated. A peel-and-seal adhesive strip runs along the flap edge. The adhesive activates on contact when the flap is pressed down, creating a closure without requiring additional tape or moisture. Each individual mailer weighs 0.10 pounds when empty. The mailers accommodate flat items measuring up to 7.25 x 8 inches, including standard CD jewel cases measuring 5.59 x 4.92 inches and DVD cases measuring 7.5 x 5.3 inches.
