The Winco Stainless Steel Exhaust Hood Filter is a commercial-grade baffle filter engineered to capture grease-laden vapors, maintain proper ventilation airflow, and reduce fire hazards in high-volume food service kitchens.
When selecting a commercial hood filter, nominal sizing always lists the vertical height first, followed by the horizontal width. Because commercial baffles must be oriented vertically to drain grease correctly into collection trays, pay close attention to how your specific hood system is configured.
